We are excited to introduce our latest addition to our facility, the Vtech Linked 4×4 Rolling Road Dyno and bespoke Dyno Cell. This state-of-the-art equipment is designed to provide unparalleled performance testing and tuning capabilities for a wide range of vehicles.
Our new facility features two 7.5kw variable speed cooling fans, ensuring optimal temperature control during testing. In addition, we have installed three powerful 20,000m3/h cell extraction fans and two 2500m3/h exhaust extraction fans, creating a highly controlled environment for precise testing and analysis. With this setup, we achieve a dyno cell volume air change every 8 seconds, maintaining consistent and accurate conditions.
One of the standout features of our dyno is its twin eddy brakes, allowing for steady-state tuning. This means we can fine-tune your vehicle’s performance at various RPM ranges, ensuring optimal power delivery and efficiency. Additionally, our road sweep testing capability enables us to simulate real-world driving conditions, allowing for comprehensive engine running-in procedures in a controlled environment.
